Join us for an incredible hockey and family tour to Europe!  We are leaders in European Hockey Tours and look forward to having Loomis Chafee Girl's Hockey Team participate.

Bratislava, Prague, and Vienna

• Seven nights hotel stay with breakfast every morning.
  • Four nights Vienna and Three nights Prague
• Family Hockey Tour with planned activities and day trips to other exciting locations
• Three hockey games vs. European Clubs 
• Four group meals at authentic locations
• Group activities and free time to enjoy towns on your own
• TwoEnglish-speaking guides during entire tour
• Group coach buses and van the entire tour and airport transportation
• Visit incredible cities and some of the most beautiful regions in the world.
• Deposit of $520.00 per traveler due before April 5th - All family members are welcome.

• Depart the US on November 24 and Fly into Prague Airport (PRG) - Land on November 25th.
• We will have two pick up times at approximately 10:30 AM and 1 PM to get everyone to our hotel in Old Town Prague from airport
• Depart Vienna airport on December 2, 2024.
• We will have one drop off time of approximately 7 AM to bring everyone from the hotel to the airport.  
• You may meet us at our hotel in Prague if you arrive at times not convenient with group transportation.

Expected Itinerary

Registration:

• $520 Deposit for each traveler before April 15th
• Additional payments via auto pay July 20th and September 20th
  • Total Land Tour Package is (deposit+ two payments)
  • Fees associated with credit card payments 
  • Bank transfer/withdrawal available
  • No extra amount for payment plan
• All family members are welcome.
  • Two persons per room for most hotels.  Triples and family rooms dependent upon group size.
  • Players stay with their family members unless solo or we need to split up due to room availability or size.  Final rooming situation sent 60 days before to double check everything works.  
• Incoming Freshmen please email for your registration link as you will have your own link due to timing if you join after July.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We suggest all travelers purchase travel insurance.  Many options and you can adjust amounts and coverage.  Less than $75 pp.
