    • Deposit by March 15 - $520.00 pp
    • 2nd -  July 15, 3rd - September 15 (half balance each time)
• Flights on your own.  Parameters set for transportation.
• Budget $40.00 per person per day for additional drinks, food, sites, snacks, and souvenirs

Complete this form so we may get a preliminary count on travelers.  We will INVOICE each family or the group based on the information you complete.  No money is collected at this time.

• Depart the US on December 26th.
• Arrive Munich (MUC) on December 27th from 8 AM - NOON.
• Shuttle bus provided at 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM from Munich Airport to Munich Hotel (included)
• If you arrive Europe or Munich early then meet us at our hotel on 26th or 27th.  Location and address provided in group email this summer.
• Depart Munich on January 3, 2025.  We will have one shuttle in the morning around 7 AM and another at 10 AM.  Fine details set this fall.

We suggest all travelers purchase travel insurance.  Many options and you can adjust amounts and coverage.  Less than $75 pp.
