Travelers not on group flight:

• Depart the US on August 3rd and Fly into Vienna Airport (VIE) - Land on August 4th.
• We will have two pick up times at approximately 9 AM and 1 PM to get everyone to our hotel in Old Town from the Vienna airport
• Depart Prague airport on August 11th.
• We will have two drop off times of approximately 7 AM and 9 AM to bring everyone from the hotel to the airport.  Fine tune this later.  We have bus until Noon.
• You may meet us at our hotel in Vienna if you arrive at times not convenient with group transportation.
• We will collect all flight information from everyone this June.

• Tour fee is $2650.00 per traveler*
• Additional payments via auto pay March 20th and May 20th

We suggest all travelers purchase travel insurance.  Many options and you can adjust amounts and coverage.  Less than $75 pp.
